Fellowship occurs when two our more people get together. At Christ Community, we recognize how important social interaction or fellowship really is. It is a way of establishing relationships on a more meaningful level. Fellowship is what makes Christ Community work. Our many ministries specifically promote fellowship between our members.

The social interaction between members is very important. It is also a well grounded biblical truth. Koinonia (Joint interest, or having things in common) is a term that is used in scripture to describe what happens when members get together. Fellowship means companionship, a relation in which parties hold something in common, familiar interaction. Our primary fellowship is with God; Paul showed us that to be in fellowship with God, we must first be in alignment with Gods purposes, feelings, and His great love. (Romans 8:38-39) The Bible stresses fellowship between fellow Christians to exhort and stimulate one to another with love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25) this is how show that we have true fellowship with God. (I John 4:12) Jesus saw the need for true fellowship and specifically prayed that His people would have fellowship with each other. (John 17:21)

If you are looking for a place to develop relationship and friendship through wholesome fellowship, then Christ Community is the place for you.
